Fryton Catering was founded by Linda Dickinson, a graduate in Hotel & Catering Management with over 30 years in the food industry and daughter Jennifer (currently studying Food Science at Leeds University) in 2006 and since then, has earned a reputation for quality ingredients, incredible food and exceptional events.

All our ingredients are (as far as possible) locally produced, with vegetables, meats and cheeses sourced from some of the finest producers in the area. We even have our own small holding that supplies Dexter Beef, Gloucester Old Spot and Oxford Sandy and Black Pigs as well as fresh lamb. Eggs and meat come from our free range flock of hens, ducks and geese and we grow our own summer fruits and vegetables too.

A small but dedicated team of staff share our pride and offer wonderful service at all our events. Fryton Catering is a versatile business and can tailor itself to your needs and we work with you from the menu planning and budget, right through to the last course we serve - and always ensure we exceed your expectations.

In meeting your needs, we are happy to supply a complete package with all the crockery, cutlery, glasses and staff to wash up and serve; although some clients prefer to just have the food dropped off so they can enjoy it at their leisure, in privacy. Whatever you want, we will work to your requirements. Whatever the occasion and circumstances though, each enjoys the very highest quality country cooking.
