Fryton Catering was founded by Linda Dickinson, a graduate in Hotel and Catering Management with over 34 years in the food industry, and she has earned an excellent reputation for quality ingredients, incredible food and exceptional events.

All the ingredients are (as far as possible) locally produced, with vegetables, meats, cheeses and speciality breads sourced from some of the finest producers in the area. All the food used is fully traceable and all, where possible, comes from within ten miles of our kitchen, thus reducing food miles to an absolute minimum. Even the abattoir is only four miles away, saving the animals from any distress travelling.
　
The catering company has its own small holding that rears its own rare breed pigs to use in the hog roasts. The company specializes in Oxford Sandy and Black, Old English Lops, and Saddle Back Pigs to ensure your hog roast has an excellent flavour, is beautifully tender and has perfect crackling. Sheep for lamb and mutton, American Turkeys, Ducks, Geese, and free range hens complete the livestock, plus, we have summer fruits, herbs, and vegetables to accompany your meal.

A small but dedicated team of staff share our pride and offer wonderful service at all our catering events. Fryton Catering is a versatile outside catering business and can tailor itself to your needs and we work with you from the menu planning and budget - right through to the last course we serve - and always ensure we exceed your expectations.

In meeting your needs we are happy to supply a complete package with all the crockery, cutlery, glasses and staff to wash up and serve; although, if you wish, we can just drop off the food so you can enjoy it at your leisure. Whatever you want, we will work to your requirements. Whatever the occasion and circumstances though, each one enjoys the very highest quality country cooking.
